I have appt. at 9am for weigh in/In-body scan for our starting numbers.
Well was a little disappointed during my weigh in, was hoping to start heavy but instead I actually lost 5lbs in my sleep. from my diet reset.
Did body pump, urban kick, and a training session with Ann before noon. With returning back to the gym at 4:30 for Ann’s Fit Blast small group. Everyone in small group learned 1 hard lesson. Never say SHIT during an exhausting workout. That slipped out of someone’s mouth and we got to do pushup’s instead of getting a break. That was quite tiring, I got a little saving because I had to leave group by 5pm because of having to teach (saved by work.)
