Day 1 of weight loss challenge training here goes nothing,
Started out am with good breakfast. Omlette tomato, onions, pepers, mushrooms, no cheese and 3 tomato slices on side with wheat toast.
Had 1 hr of spin class with ann, had one hell of a workout was drenched along with the floor probably the best spin class I ever had. followed by short talk with the team by Ann.
Day 1 of Weightloss Training
One word to describe it, ass kicking. There is no slacking with Ann.
Had a great well deserved lunch
