1/2/17 Down another Jean size (8 Days till weight loss challenge starts)

Today was a busy day started out this morning with Ann this morning Body Pump, then right to urban kick, 10min shower then to the reformer for an hour session, quick stop at wawa for some hard boiled eggs and fruit then off to manahawkin for a lifting session with Dana.  Lunch (turkey burger, 2 cups of steamed broccoli) then short break and back down to Galloway for Fit Blast with Ann.   Total Calories burned for the day was over 7k. 1/1/2017 Happy New Year

Excercise Started off the New Years with a great workout with Christine doing a special combination class of her body blast and body combat. I had to modify the body combat due to my wonderful hip flexor. I want talk today about modifications You should never be ashamed to have to or want to do modifications for a  particular exercise, class or move. Modifications are designed so that everyone gets a great workout. 12/31/16 New Years Eve up and down day

Stated out morning with new years eve spin class in galloway w/Ann Great workout Delt with stress afterwards 😔😕 Have appt. with Dr J today to discuss diet and adjustment.  Due to the weight loss body parts arent in the correct place need to have adjustments done weekly for now.  The trainers break me he fixes me. 12/30/16 galloway

Started off am with fit blast w/ann (ass kick workout), then had break/breakfast 1hr session on reformer.  Legs were sore afterwards.  Found shorts I started to wear when training started.  Huge difference, pictures to follow. 12/27/16 so so day

This morning was in manahawkin with christine for body combat at 9am, jab fit at 10a, and training session at noon. Having issues with eating enough food since stopping of protein shakes. 😕 Total calories burned from workouts 2,193. Total burned for day 6,518. 3994 active 2528 resting. 784 calorie intake need to maintain minimum of 1800 calories per day. 😔

12/26/16 galloway workout day

Today had a pretty good day. Was a galloway/Ann day, I started out at 9:15 with Body Pump, 10:15 I had urban kick w/abs 11:30 had a training session on the Reformer. I had a nice healthy lunch turkey burger no bun, 2 cups of steamed cauliflower. Learned today how bad protein shakes are for you. (That was a little hard to swallow.) Finished up back in galloway at 430, for small group of fit blast. I remember how much I luv burpees (we have a luv hate relationship.) Was exausted after fitblast. (Great workout just wiped)
