Woke up nice and early for my Manahawkin Spin Class with Lisa ("mom".)  this is a pedal fusion style class 30min of spin and 30 min of whatever is on Lisa's mind in the group ex studio. Felt great after was a little tired but no rest for the weary. 3/30/17/ Thursday/Ann Kicked my ass/ Myzone/

Blog Status : Complete Well I wasn't thinking straight before I went to bed last night and forgot to change my alarm for today.  I woke up at 345 thinking that I had to go to Manahawkin then realized what are you doing it's thursday.  I don't have to be awake until lik 730 if i really push it 815 so I can be to Mashup at 0915. 3/29/17/ Wednesday/amazing 6am spin/

  Blog status complete    Wokeup for 6am spin with spin lisa in mh.  Ate a good breakfast 5 eggs and oats. Mh spin - spin lisa Had an amazing spin class.  Spent 20min in yellow zone and 25 red zone.  Really great workout. About min into the workout lisa asked are we in red yet? At that point was yellow flirting red. 3/28/17/ Tuesday/ In-Body Scan Today/ Final Results of the Weight loss Challenge

Blog- Status - Complete   Woke up at 5am with the intention of taking lisa's mh class but the body said no way not time to wake up just yet.  I rolled over and called in for Spin down in Galloway and went back to bed.  Woke up again around 730 feeling much better and rested Breakfast is on hold till after spin because I am going to do an inbody test to make sure I am not looking muscle mass, one thing that Dana and Megan both mentioned is it appears my strength isn't where it used to be.  ...

Well my schedule is all out of wack.  Got up for 6am spin with Spin Lisa in Manahawkin had great workout. MyZone Today is the first day I am using the myzone device with trainers and group ex instructors.  I like it so far only thing im not very fond of the the awkwardness of the strap.  I will not pay $100.00 for a shirt that has the sensor built inside. Well nervous as hell today is urban kick instructor.  The morning i feel like i want to just throw up.  I know I can do this, just nervous things just got real.
