Back on track Woke up well rolled out of bed for spin in mh.  I am running a little slow this morning must have been magic megan's wine 🤔🤔. I am going to keep it short and sweet.  I had an EMT Refresher course today but nothing really worth writing about. Today is a great day   Wokeup did Spin with Ann got a great workout in.  Moment of the day about 5 min after Ann turned the fans on little more then 1/2 way through someone asked can you turn the fans on. After Spin I decided to take a ride manahwkin and do Christine's tabata workout.  I havent done a tabata workout from Christine in a while.  It was a really good workout, I jokingly said I am going to go eat and take a nap.  I went home ate and well fell asleep for 3 hours unintentionally. Feeling great nice and relaxed this am.  I was planning on doing Lisa "mom" spin class but opted for sleep since it was at 6am. Today is one of my favorite days.  Magic Megan today and I need it.  But have a few things to do first. Breakfast 4 eggs and oats Was planning on doing some classes in Manahawkin but decide ahh could use the sleep. blog status - In -progress Well woke up this morning and my ass hurts. pretty sure it's from Megan. PT Ann Had a session with Ann this morning before spin.  We did an upper body/lifting session.  That felt great we did numerous exercises I am about a day behind in the blog so I don't remember all of the exercises.  It Felt great even though ass hurt. Blog Status : complete Didn't sleep so well last night didn't really help had to push the clock ahead an hour so lost an hour of sleep. Weigh In  235.7 I am .7 lbs from my initial goal probably within the next 48hrs I will hit goal number 1.  Then moving onto goal number two 200lbs or less so 35lbs left to loose. Well woke up early this am made my phone call for my reservation for 8 am spin. spin Had a great workout lil tired and sore from yesterday.  Burned about 600 watch didnt log it.   Pt boxing christine Did boxing, step up's on boxes initially tried w/weight on shoulders (40lbs) bothered knees then we tried 20lbs over shoulders .  Next it was two 20 lbs dumbells holding which was  fine on knees.
