Blog Status : Complete Well I wasn't thinking straight before I went to bed last night and forgot to change my alarm for today.  I woke up at 345 thinking that I had to go to Manahawkin then realized what are you doing it's thursday.  I don't have to be awake until lik 730 if i really push it 815 so I can be to Mashup at 0915.   Blog status complete    Wokeup for 6am spin with spin lisa in mh.  Ate a good breakfast 5 eggs and oats. Mh spin - spin lisa Had an amazing spin class.  Spent 20min in yellow zone and 25 red zone.  Really great workout. About min into the workout lisa asked are we in red yet? At that point was yellow flirting red. Well my schedule is all out of wack.  Got up for 6am spin with Spin Lisa in Manahawkin had great workout. MyZone Today is the first day I am using the myzone device with trainers and group ex instructors.  I like it so far only thing im not very fond of the the awkwardness of the strap.  I will not pay $100.00 for a shirt that has the sensor built inside. Today is a great day   Wokeup did Spin with Ann got a great workout in.  Moment of the day about 5 min after Ann turned the fans on little more then 1/2 way through someone asked can you turn the fans on. After Spin I decided to take a ride manahwkin and do Christine's tabata workout.  I havent done a tabata workout from Christine in a while.  It was a really good workout, I jokingly said I am going to go eat and take a nap.  I went home ate and well fell asleep for 3 hours unintentionally. Feeling great nice and relaxed this am.  I was planning on doing Lisa "mom" spin class but opted for sleep since it was at 6am.
