Had greatwork day, started day in galloway. Pedal fusion with ann, then had a break did training session on reformer, urban kick and ended with pedal fusion. Total calories burned from workouts 2,125
This morning was in manahawkin with christine for body combat at 9am, jab fit at 10a, and training session at noon. Having issues with eating enough food since stopping of protein shakes. 😕 Total calories burned from workouts 2,193. Total burned for day 6,518. 3994 active 2528 resting. 784 calorie intake need to maintain minimum of 1800 calories per day. 😔
Today had a pretty good day. Was a galloway/Ann day, I started out at 9:15 with Body Pump, 10:15 I had urban kick w/abs 11:30 had a training session on the Reformer. I had a nice healthy lunch turkey burger no bun, 2 cups of steamed cauliflower. Learned today how bad protein shakes are for you. (That was a little hard to swallow.) Finished up back in galloway at 430, for small group of fit blast. I remember how much I luv burpees (we have a luv hate relationship.) Was exausted after fitblast. (Great workout just wiped)
