Woke up little tired this am. Have to get my ass in gear have goals to meet.

Body Pump – Ann

I decided to go up on weights lets me try to push myself used the 5 kilo and 10lbs weight as base weight for most of the excercises triceps I dropped down to only the 5k weight but either did a 5kilo and 10lbs weight or higher on most of the excercises and felt it.  So Ann has a rule if you screw up a set she likes to say you have to do like 25 pushups never actually say her impliment it during this class but likes to say it.  Well she screwed up lol she is actually human holy crap she makes mistakes she got us back on track after we all got a good laugh.

Urban Kick w/abs – Ann

Well I put gasoline on a spark last week when Kat got me to burn a hell of a lot of calories and beat Ann in amount of calories so I couldn’t keep it to myself and I am sure she bragged to Ann about it because she said she was going to.   Well about little more than 1/2 way through urban kick I hear in mic how many calories it was like 500 got told i need to work harder.  At the end got asked again how many calories it was total 711  Kat had me at 880.

Trainer Ann (Stretching 30/Reformer 30)

Stretching is making a big difference I can feel the difference when I do exercises like squats. lunges, my dead lifts aren’t there yet but can feel my hips trying at least on the left but the right not so much.  With dead lift its either there or not when it comes to hips and back.  After we got done stretching me did the reformer and my legs are getting further and closer and closer to a split.

Boot Camp – Megan

Well Major Megan kicked my ass, it was a similar workout to the one I did a few weeks ago, she was going to to change it I told her not to. I said that for a few reasons Megans workouts just happen to really stretch my weak points.  She does a lot of workout with kettle bells and x fit type workouts  that will help my hip flexor ass and lower back.  The other reason is I want to be challenged I don’t like easy workouts I want to accomplish being able to do these workouts then make her come up with new stuff to challenge me.  That goes for any of the trainers and groups that I take I want to be challenged and work hard at trying to accomplish the goal of the workout.

 

Fit Blast (30min) Ann

I was getting tired from Megan’s workout and a long day at the gym.  I am only doing 30 min of fit blast because I have to teach a CPR class so saved by work.  I don’t take Ann’s and Megan’s class in the same day especially back to back because they are both tough workouts and I do like to actually walk out of the gym on my own 2 feet.  I did both of there workouts once back to back and well felt like I died.  The workout was a very good workout go figure Ann had some of the things that Megans did (only some.)  We started off with running the steps 3 times which was a little more then normal someone must have gotten Ann worked up.  Shortly after the steps we found out that home depot screwed up on her dryer and will be a few days before she gets a new one.  Home Depot gets a trained frustrated clients get an amazing workout lol.  This group loves challenging workouts so we were game.

CPR Training 

Had 3 students for CPR was small but good class
