Months 3 – 6


Diet compliance and continue to work on cardio fitness.



Diet compliance was very difficult and I kept telling christine my diet wasnt working and she told me that it would if I actually followed it.


We had a conversation that really kinda hit me.  The conversation basically went I cant expect results if I only go to the gym once a week when I work with Christine.  Christine had to remind me that you are going to need to work at this.

I started to go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and do some of the workouts christine had been doing with me.  Boxing, ball slams, ball tosses against wall.
