Goals

Was to work heavily on cardio, teach me to box, get my knee more stable general weight loss and diet compliance

 

Diet

During the first 3 months lets just it was a battle.  Christine had given me a basic diet to follow.  The hard part was getting me to actually follow it and now cheat.

 

Workouts

The workouts were cardio based  teaching me how to box and not wild swing some stability work on knee.
