Today had a pretty good day. Was a galloway/Ann day, I started out at 9:15 with Body Pump, 10:15 I had urban kick w/abs 11:30 had a training session on the Reformer.
I had a nice healthy lunch turkey burger no bun, 2 cups of steamed cauliflower.
Learned today how bad protein shakes are for you. (That was a little hard to swallow.)
Finished up back in galloway at 430, for small group of fit blast. I remember how much I luv burpees (we have a luv hate relationship.) Was exausted after fitblast. (Great workout just wiped)
