1/19/17 Day 10 of Weightloss Challenge

Good morning had late night doing some updates on the website last night.  Some great news with the change in diet lost 1/2 lbs with no muscle loss off to a good start so far.  Remember our bodies don’t read text books let see how this goes.

Morning start is breakfast 4 eggs and banana, then off to pilotes with Ann, short break between then off to our weight loss challenge group.  Hmmm what could she have in store for us today, i’m pretty sure it’s going to involved me sweating haha.

We had our group, I felt great my knee was a little sore after the workout.  I burned 996 calories during weight loss challenge group.

Had healthy lunch.

One of the things I need to work on is to  know when I’m hungry and when I actually need to eat.  Before I started my weightloss journey I went from eating everything I could to eating nothing and then regulating my diet.  My stomach is so confused.   It can be very frustrating.
