Feeling great nice and relaxed this am. I was planning on doing Lisa “mom” spin class but opted for sleep since it was at 6am.

Great class burned around 400 calories. Whatbia nice about shrednis it’s quick and great for a nice warmup before Ann’s class.
Fit Blast – Ann
Well when the group ex director gets Christmas early.
The box. What we got. How they arrived
Well Ann decided what would be the most fun and productive was to get all the weights upstairs into there new home on the 2nd floor lets have the fit blast crew workout with them on the way up.
Smaller weights were carried up the steps once we got to the 2nd floor it was walkinh lunges
Medium weights were walked up every other steps and bicep curls while doing waking lunges
Heavier weights walked to the 3rd floor overhead and back to the 2nd floor.
Then Ann had more ideas for us once all of the weights were away. This ended up being funny for her to watch. She setup varied weight balls across the room and we started with plank type jacks onto the ball to plank with pushup. That wasnt too bad.
The next one well was hilarious, the ball weights went from about 15lbs to 50lbs we moved ball to ball doing excercises one was liftijg and moving ball over and well some people couldnt lift the 50lbs weight. A good time had by all even those that were hung over.
Pt Dana
Did really good upper body workout started out with drop sets of single arm rows started started medium weight and well told dana need to go heavier that they were too light. She made modification and the end of the workout we did bicep curls and upright rows with 75lbs bar we did other excercises just not coming to mind right now.

Had good shred class but knee started hurting not really sure why. When i was going in and out of plank guess i bruised it somehow.
