Woke up well rolled out of bed for spin in mh.  I am running a little slow this morning must have been magic megan’s wine 🤔🤔.

Had a great pump class added more weight. Worked hard while doing lunges with weight Ann said in the class nice lunges, they must be improving.

Kathleen total calories 880 max heart rate 190

Urban Kick-  Ann

Well I opened my mouth via txt message to Ann and essentially challenged her to beat Kat’s calorie burn on me and well.  She did,

Ontop of beating it I did 2 other classes b2b then urban kick. Well one day I will learn to keep my mouth shut not really but worth trying because I group txted megan ann and kathleen to show difference.  Kat’s response ” 🤔…and the battle has begun!!! ”  Looks like im in for an ass kicking uk class thursday night.  These ladies love challenges.

Pt session – Ann

Stretched for 30min felt good.  Ann let me know after dinner she caught up on my blogs and first words after that were on your side on the reformer.   That means only one thing rotating and opening up that hip flexor.  Ann mentioned the blog reminded me or something a long those lines.  Well looks like the blog has turned multi purpose.  A way for mebto track progress, for people to see how the process works, for Ann to see where my head is, when she reads my blogs it also reminds her of certain things (guess thats a good thing.)  By the way I got a friendly reminder to be careful because she saw that I had a cheese burger last week.  She is right I have to remember things can get out of control if Im not conscious of what I am eating and portion sizes.

Small Group x 2 Megan

Well I got Major Megan today who lived up to her name today.  This woman loves making my ass hurt but she called me sadistic for enjoying when she cupped my back.  She was using a decent amount of suction during the massage on Thursday isnt that calling pot calling kettle black.

I enjoyed workout out 1 in small group usualy only two of us for now.  Anyone reading this really should try major megans workouts you maybe sore later but as she says “your ass will love me later.”

Workout 2 Megans social and major megan combined made a very interesting workout.  This group which nomally has 6 – 8 ladies in it is Ann’s Fit Blast group that Megan is covering because Ann is on a well deserved r and r for 24hrs.  But the fit blast ladies left me hanging all accept Katie (hope i spelled her name right.)  We had a blast everytime Megan spoke it was larry your going to luv this note to self anytume trainers says your going to luv this usually involves intense labor, pain, or fun for them and not so much for the client unless ur sadistic like me and when they say jump I say how high.  Just never ask Ann where your running to typical you get an evil eye  or a sarcastic reply.

Toward the end Megan wanted to know how many calories workout 2 was doing, and what I normally burn with Ann thinking to myself WTF did i do these ladies r on a mission to kill me and or if i survive to be really strong and in megans case she is  going to make sure  I have a nice ass.  They need to make an eye rolling emoji.   Fun was had by the 3 of us katie was breaking my balls and me hers and well megan was megan lmao 😂😂😂
