Today is one of my favorite days.  Magic Megan today and I need it.  But have a few things to do first.

Breakfast

4 eggs and oats

Was planning on doing some classes in Manahawkin but decide ahh could use the sleep.

Started out with

Mashup – Ann

Pilates – Ann

PT- Reformer – Ann

Mashup – Ann

It felt great great music to start got heart rate moving but realized about 30min into it I forgot to start my watch for class 😔 kinda sucked but i have an idea thatbit was around 700 or 800 calories.

Pilates – Ann

After a nice good mashup its always good to stretch out and work on the abs.

 

PT- Reformer – Ann

We havent done hip rotations in a few weeks and well my hips let me know it.  It was not a very pleasant experience Ann said we need to do this more often.  Need to get the hip flexors stretched more they are improving but still need work.

Lunch

I decided to treat myself since magic megan wasnt that far away time wise went to galloway diner got cheese burger, motzarella sticks, and sweet potato fries.

Magic Megan ahhh my favorite part of the day.

I have an hour with Megan, I really enjoy my relaxation time.  Megan and I also have some nice discussions.  One thing when trainers and people give me advicr I listen to everyone, but I  occasionally my mind drifts or gets distracted. When Megan talks to me during my massages she gets my complete full attention because my mind cant go anywhere.  There are no distractions possible with the soothing music and relaxation from the massage.   One of the discussions I had with Megan was talked to her my thought process I mentioned to Ann.  Now that I reached below my initial goal of 235lbs my next goal is between 190 and 200lbs.  I told Megan that Ann said I dont think you have 40lbs to loose.  Without missing a beat Megan said you dont have 40lbs to loose.  I was lil shocked and she mentioned you want to make sure you dont loose muscle at the same to time.  Megan said you might drop few more lbs but not 40lbs.   Megan  physically sees the most of me because of her being a massage therapist its table and sheet.  It really truely sunk in as to how much I have changed.  The one thing about these ladies no matter what role they are in they are far from shy very direct and to the point.  One of things I like and respect the most is how direct they are like it or not they will be honest.

Taking the rest of day off

After my massages I go home and just melt and enjoy the relaxation and use the time to reflect about everything in life.  I do have to miss Urban Kick once and while on Thursday nights when I get my massages.  Kathleen understands because she also see’s Megan.  One thing I have learned during this experience is everyone is connected with each other in many ways.  Everyone helps each other works together and refers to each other.

Realizing the changes

I am now coming to the realization that what everyone has been telling me.  When I ate lunch today I didnt feel guilty.  Ann, Kathleen, Dana, Christine  Megan and Lisa “mom” have all told me that I will not allow myself to go back to where I was and well I am actually starting to believe it.   I used to think that if I stepped outside of my meal plans and  healthy food that I am going to blow back up like a tick and or gain weight back quickly.
