3/23/17 / Thursday/I was an ass

Didn’t really sleep that well, woke up few times in the middle of the night not really sure why.  I have energy so thats a good sign :), and well if I didn’t lets just say I would have energy by mashup time.

 

One thing I did yesterday and didn’t mention in the blog was well  Trainer Dana is a sweetheart but  her alarm doesn’t usually work before 9am 🙂  She likes to challenge me so time to do a little role reversal.  I found out she is actually got up and took lisa’s 6am spin class last night (while I got my beauty sleep haha) she was sore.  Dana’s  specialty is lifitng that is her passion pride and joy cardio well Dana (She-Ra) princess of power  and Major Megan would get a long great they do cardio just not a big fan of it they both prefer to build muscle the ironic thing is both of have said the same reasons for it lol.   Well I am training with Dana (mh) at 730am on friday after Spin lets see if she up for round 2 of spin with Lisa, btw after the first Spin class she did with Lisa, Dana was walking around like a duck wonder if she will join me in spin hmm is she up for the challenge since she has to be at the gym for 730 for our lifting session??? Stay tuned to find out for the record saying no to Lisa (mom)  is like saying no to Ann it just doesn’t happen.

Pilates was good sore from stretching i am noticing that i can reach further and grab my ankles during the stretching.

Well I am starting to feel tired.  When Ann came in it was reformer time.  I need these damn hip flexors to loosen up getting slightly frustrated ontop of being tired.  I was an asshole to Ann and felt bad afterwards 😔 wasnt my normal self.  😕

Things are much better and improving, he mentioned that I need to work on my gluts/ass and balancing excercises to strengthen.  Another appt in 2 weeks then should be monthly after.

 

Taking a nap

I felt bad enough being an ass to one person cant do it to two people nap will probably fix my issue.

Urban Kick Ass – Kathleen

Had a great workout technically she didn’t beat her last record but did make me work harder because i was in the red zone more often and frequently.  I enjoy all the urban kick ass workouts.
