Well nervous as hell today is urban kick instructor.  The morning i feel like i want to just throw up.  I know I can do this, just nervous things just got real. Total new respect I now have a complete different respect for group ex instructors.  Trying to time everythibg right, give cues, execute moves properly and keep everyone having fun is a lot of work.   Never really understood everything involved today. blog status - In -progress Well woke up this morning and my ass hurts. pretty sure it's from Megan. PT Ann Had a session with Ann this morning before spin.  We did an upper body/lifting session.  That felt great we did numerous exercises I am about a day behind in the blog so I don't remember all of the exercises.  It Felt great even though ass hurt. Blog status complete Well the plan was to start out with a boot camp workout in MH at 5am followed by spin at 6am.  Set alarm for 345am, and another for 4am.  Got up and said wishful thinking Larry.  Was way too tired to get all ready for gym and work at 4am.  Called both gym's to reserve my spin spots MH for 6am and gw for 530pm.   Plan for today Boot Camp 5am Sue (mh) Spin 6am Lisa (mh) Work 0930 to 430 at Race Track. 2/23/17 Day 45 of Weightloss Challenge

Well my attempt to go to Cory's class wasn't very successful, I set the alarm for 430 it went off and said to myself sleep is going to overrule this one.  Went back to bed for more sleep. Woke up at 7am well rested ate my normal morning breakfast eggs and oats. Crappy morning to start Morning started off kinda crappy.  Went down to galloway for spin with Ann, and saw her and she did you pre-register i said no y, its never full.  She said it's January so fml.  For those not familar January and February is New Years Resolution months anyone and everyone signs up for the gym and takes as many classes as they can and within the next 90 days the gym tends to slown down.    There was about 1/2 dozen regular  spinners that made the same oops.  Instead did cardio equip and burned 900 calories.  Nothing...
