1/13/17 Day 4 of Weightloss Challenge

Have a lot on my mind this morning, good thing have multiple workouts lined up for today to clear my head. Had a great workout with Ann in Fit Blast.  I love an intense workout. After i completed the workout did breakfast egg white omelette with grilled chicken, spinach and broccoli wheat toast with fresh fruit. Did a great workout on reformer with Ann.  I have more movement in the hip before it clicks.  The clicking is from the tight hip flexor.  So it is improving just slowly.  After the training session with Ann it was lunch time.  Fresh garden...

1/12/17 Day 3 of Weightloss Challlenge

Well it's day 3 feeling pretty good. The scale is still moving in the right direction. Havent hit a new record low but I have faith Trainer Ann will make sure that the numbers keep going lower. Today have mashup with Ann, small break with a behavior modification class. 1/11/17 Day 2 of Weightloss Challenge

Well this morning, got up at 4am very exausted to call to reseve my spot in pedal fusion am and pm class. I had thought about taking a boxing class with Wayne down in galloway.  Set alarm for 7 and well just really wasnt motivated to get up.  The class starts at 830 and said no im sleeping in before pedal fusion. 1/10/17 Day 1 of weightloss challenge

Day 1 of weight loss challenge training here goes nothing, [caption id="attachment_49" align="alignleft" width="225"] Trainer Ann ErikDon't be fooled by the look of Innocence.[/caption]                   Started out am with good breakfast.  Omlette tomato, onions, pepers, mushrooms, no cheese and 3 tomato slices on side with wheat toast. 1/9/17 weigh in day for Weightloss Challenge

I have appt. at 9am for weigh in/In-body scan for our starting numbers. Weigh In Well was a little disappointed during my weigh in, was hoping to start heavy but instead I actually lost 5lbs in my sleep. from my diet reset. Classes Did body pump, urban kick, and a training session with Ann before noon.  With returning back to the gym at 4:30 for Ann's Fit Blast small group.   Everyone in small group learned 1 hard lesson.  Never say SHIT during an exhausting workout.  That slipped out of someone's mouth and we got to do pushup's instead of...

1/4/17 Feeling Really motivated today/ 7 days till weightloss challenge

Had a great morning, woke up at 4am to call the gym to make sure I had a reservation for both of my spin classes for today, the person that answered the phone said are you sure for both classes. I said yes I am.  I took 30min of spin felt great then did 30 min of abs lets just say my abs were screaming at the end of it.  Abs are one of the hardest muscle for me to work on I need motivation and having a room full of people doing abs helps.  Most things I do try...

1/3/17 got a food lecture

Crappy morning to start Morning started off kinda crappy.  Went down to galloway for spin with Ann, and saw her and she did you pre-register i said no y, its never full.  She said it's January so fml.  For those not familar January and February is New Years Resolution months anyone and everyone signs up for the gym and takes as many classes as they can and within the next 90 days the gym tends to slown down.    There was about 1/2 dozen regular  spinners that made the same oops.  Instead did cardio equip and burned 900 calories.  Nothing...
