2/2/17 weight loss challenge

Blog status for today complete Well woke up at 4am, couldnt get my head out of this funk.  Hoping working out today will help. Got up for mashup with Ann, just not really in the mood to workout but if I dont might have temptations.  Just one of those days, I worked hard well at least made effort to.  My knees started bothering me during mashup did a lot of jumping. 2/1/17 Day 23 weightloss challenge / not ending so good

Morning was ok,  started off with spin to take my mind off things.  I should have been somewhere else but it was delayed.  Christine txted me early in the morning because she is sick and if she is sick must be bad.  She got Eric to cover our session. Had good session with Eric arms and shoulders were sore.  The workout was different then what I am used to and put a nice change to confuse body. 1/31/17 day 22 Weightloss Challenge 1/2 way

Woke up a little sore from yesterday but I'm game for more challenges. Started off with getting my blood work done fingers are crossed that things will go well.  Had weigh in today lost about 1.5lbs total for the competition I have lost 11.5lbs 4% body fat and gained 1.5lbs in muscle.  Doing very well,  I forgot to mention that Ann did physical measurement of my body to actually do comparisons as things progress even though it is not part of the competition.  Ann is very happy at our progress and we are kicking all of the other teams in...

1/30/17 Day 21 Week 4 of Weightloss Challenge

Slept ok, had a lot on my mind. Lineup for Today On the line up for today is Urban Kick, training session on the Reformer, Fit Blast all with Ann   Urban Kick Urban Kick went well I really enjoy urban kick get my blood pumping sweat going and burns a hell of a lot of calories, it is one of the best workouts that I get.  On Mondays we do 30 min of urban kick and about 15 min of abs.   Speaking of Abs my abs are finally starting to close in, many people are starting to notice...

1/29/17 Day 20 of Weightloss Challenge/Rest Day

I slept amazing after yesterday.  When I woke up it felt like little pulsating in my back feels great.  I'm assuming that is a good thing :)  When I woke up I actually realized that while it was great that Ann made an adjustment on the spin bike for me I wasn't thinking and never looked at what the new setting were. 1/28/17 Day 19 of Weightloss Challenge

Not starting off very well.  I didnt sleep well had a lot on my mind.  I almost didnt go to spin class this morning.  I just wanted to stay in bed, Im very frustrated and still upset.   I brought my parents to the airport for their cruise.  At 430am came home ate breakfast tried to take a nap before spin.  I got up and just really wasnt feeling it today I went anyway.  I just have a lot on my mind. 1/27/17 Day 18 weightloss challenge

Started off the morning OK had breakfast 4 eggs and broiled chicken then I had fit blast with Ann, very good and it was a  blast even with the punishments lol.  Hmmm for ever day she doesnt have her online class done she might have to attend body combat classes lol.           After finishing fit blast, had egg whites grilled chicken spinach omelet with wheat toast to re energize for reformer.  Had a great reformer session felt great afterwards. 1/26/17 Day 17 Weight Loss Challenge

Had a great morning, got a good night sleep, had an ok breakfast 4 scrambled eggs and 100 calorie pack of almonds. On the lineup for today is Pilates with Ann, short break afterwards then time for weight loss group training.  Had a nice stretch during pilotes, I do wish I was little more limber it frustrates me that everything is still tight and I know it takes time but I just wish I could rush things and make them happen already.  After Pilates.  I decided to get little warmed up before weight loss group and hopped on the elipitcal...

1/25/17 Day 16 Weightloss Challenge

Well today was a good day overall burned 7000 Calories today. Had amazing morning, Had a nice clean breakfast (for the most part) Egg white's, spinach, grilled chicken, 2 wheat slices of toast, fruit cup. Headed up to Manahawkin for my appt with Christine and good workout with her.  We went outside used sledge hammer on tire, burpees and some outdoor boxing.  We finished the morning up with some time on the bag. 1/24/17 day 15 Weightloss Challenge

Woke up super early 😔 didnt really sleep well.  Its weigh-in day.  Little nervous 😯.  Of course im pre-weighing on my scale. For the lineup for today, spin and then weightloss group with 30min between to shower. Got to spin 30min early thinking it started at 9 opps. It actually started at 0930 so Ann did weigh-ins before spin I think I did ok.  Im working hard just in the end hope the weight stays off.
