1/23/17 Day 14 Weightloss Challenge

Had a bit of a rough am, right hip lil sore 😕. Luv rainy days not really. Nice breakfast, 4 eggs and a banana.  On the lineup for today is urban kick w/abs, quick shower then reformer with the ab queen Ann. Later on this evening I have Ann's fit blast class, hmm saw Megan is doing a boot camp style small group.  🤔🤔 Might have to try soon. Urbank kick was amazing felt great knee little sore with weather. 1/22/17 Day 13 Weightloss Challenge/ Rest Day/ What Stress Does to the Body

Well had a good morning woke up early.  Had my healthy breakfast, 4 Eggs, I am meal prepped for the entire week.  (no stress on eating now) Today is my rest day as I like to say I don't like rest days but there is some things you have to do.  Besides if I don't listen they (my trainers) have a habit of ganging up on me, they are some tough women but love them like sisters. 1/21/17 Day 12 Weightloss Challenge /

Well it's a great morning well rested.  Got up did my nomal thing (not that i am supposed to) but down 1/5 lbs fat percentage down as well. Plan for today this morning I have Spin with Ann, small healthy snack after.   I have an appt with Dr. J. today see if he can do more with my hip flexor since Magic Megan did her wonderful magic on me last week. 1/20/17 Day 11 weight loss challenge / 1yr anniversary of training

Today was a little rough start.  Clothes felt a little snug, I have been assured this happens once and while and I am just having a bloaty day because of the diet change. I didnt eat a proper breakfast only ate peanut butter with carrots and celery.  Screwed up my workout schedule.  After I realized it, I did some cardio on elliptical then jab fit. 1/19/17 Day 10 of Weightloss Challenge

Good morning had late night doing some updates on the website last night.  Some great news with the change in diet lost 1/2 lbs with no muscle loss off to a good start so far.  Remember our bodies don't read text books let see how this goes. 1/18/17 day 9 Fitness Challenge/do trainers know what its like?

Good morning, little tired knee is sore with this wonderful weather that keeps changing.  I started the morning out with spin class with Ann.  Then off for quick breakfast, before a workout with christine in Manahawkin. Did 30min of boxing w/Christine then weights little sore today.   After meeting with Christine sat down with Ken (ken is a trainer w/specializing in nutrition) did some calculations we made some modifications and going to try for a week see how things go.  When we do measurements on Tuesday we will re-evaluate and make changes as necessary. 1/16/17 Day 7 (1 week) Weightloss Challenge/ Communication

Had a great morning 7hrs of sleep. 1/15/17 Day 6 of weightloss challenge rest day / clarification/ scales bmi calories

Slept like a baby last night, its amazing what a massage can do for you.  I think for future might have to see if megan works on my rest day (sundays.) 1/14/17 Day 5 of Weight Challenge

Had a rough morning getting started was little tired even though got 7 hours of sleep last night. Woke up to alarm at 4am but never made the phone call for spin class. I fell back asleep, woke back up at 630 and called to make reservation. I decided one class was enough and opted not to take the new body pump 100 release.
