2/14/17 Day 36 of Weight loss Challenge/ Power of Words

Well it is Valentines Day one of my least favorite hallmark holidays.  Probably because I have been single for so long I just get frustrated.  For the lineup for today I have Spin, Weight loss challenge team, training session with Dana, and Behavior Mod class. 2/13/17 day 35 of weightloss challenge

Blog status completed Had good night sleep felt nice and refreshed.  Ate great breakfast all recovered from grocery shopping feeew. Heading to the gym for bodybump, urban kick, and 1hr session of reformer as well as coming back later for fitblast.  As you can tell it's Ann Monday I am guaranteed to be exausted and wiped out with lots of calorie burning today. 2/12/17 day 34 of weightloss challenge/ new row record

Blog status - completed Got up early have to teach the police dept today.  Going to the gym before class maybe doing some rowing to see of my time will improve. 2/10/17 Day 32 of weightloss challenge

Well got up 430 in the am to go to fitness yoga.  Thinking why am I getting up so early. Had healthy breakfast 4 eggs and healthy oatmeal. Fitness Yoga Was really good starting to enjoy it. Think it will be on my regular schedule.  Hopefully wont get cx due to low numbers since only 4 or 5 of us. 2/9/17 Day 31 of weightloss challenge / amazing morning

Today is a good morning still getting over this cold.  On the agenda for today mashup, pilates, weightloss challenge, magic megan, and Dr. J. Mashup  Havent dne mashup in a few weeks felt great to do it again. Shoulders were burning still from last few days.  But I managed even with the "i see you." Pilates Im noticing the movements and stretches are starting to become a little easier as time goes on.  Guess it is showing my abs and other parts are getting stronger. Blog status - complete   Well woke up feeling like crap.  I have the whole allergy/cold/ everying been going around gym disease crap. 2/7/17 Day 29 of Weightloss Challenge

Blog status complete Woke up a little nervous.  Scale hasnt moved much this week and its weigh in day 😔.   Got to the gym, right before spin Ann so go down and weigh yourselves to Lori and I.  I was quite shocked when it dropped like 3 lbs.  Went back up stairs was planning on just sliding back over to my bike since class had already started but the words of where you going bring it here over the mic lol.  Lori and I are tied 17lbs a piece.  Had great spin class. 2/5/17 day 27 of Weightloss Challenge

Blog Status - In progress  That wonderful day called rest day.  Not my favorite day, but it means I get a massage this upcoming weekend. Scale.  Well it appears Im stuck in a range again ughh.  Been in the range of 3 - 5 lbs for 10 days now might need to change things up again.  Guess we'll see on Tuesday when I weigh in for weight loss competition.

2/4/17 Day 26 Weightloss Challenge/ Great Day

Blog Status Complete Woke up nice and refreshed, had great breakfast before spin.   Spin Spin was great burned almost 900 calories and a whole lot of sweat going on.  The spin classes besides working my legs are helping me prep for IPMBA (International Police Mountain Bike Certification in EMS. Tough Mudder Going to be signing up this week for the Tough Mudder in Pennsylvania.  Nicole, Christine several of the trainers/staff and members from Manahawkin  are putting together a team. 😆  I  never would have thought that I could do this. 2/3/17 Day 25 weightloss challenge

Blog status complete Fitness Yoga Got up for fitness yoga w/jason in galloway.  It wasnt bad easy to follow understood the moves.  There wasnt any moves I couldnt do it was small class which was nice.  It was nice at the end asked me if I had any questions about the moves or class. Headed back home for breakfast 4 eggs, and steel cut oats. Headed back down south Fit Blast Had great day in fit blast,got a great workout.
