2/26/17 Day 48 of Weightloss Challenge

Blog status: complete Woke up feeling great, doing a fasting workout. The agenda planning for today. Club strength - steph manahawkin Body blast - christine manahawkin Body combat - christine Club strength Did pretty good had a lot of dead lifts and squats and other variety of workouts.  I burned 264 calories in 45min. 2/25/17 Day 47 of Weightloss Challenge

Woke up at 4am to make reservation for spin.  Went back to bed and woke up at 7am.  Going to do a fasting workout hopefully this time it doesnt backfire. Pedal fusion Had great workout, burned 755 calories in spin always great music as well as a nice challenging workout.  One thing I have noticed by taking other classes i dont always seem to hit the potential I do with Ann.  The other classes I get a workout but I seem to burn almost double calories during Ann's classes and the other seem less challenging. 2/24/17 Day 46 of Weightloss Challenge/ 9 classes 1 day

blog status : complete Pedal Fusion- Manahawkin Woke up nice and early to go to Lisa's spin class in Manahawkin.  I wasnt sure if it fills or not so i made reservation for the 6am class.  There was about a dozen people in the class had a good workout.  I more prefer the surprise type workouts, what I mean is she used tabata style with timer.  I prefer when I can't really time it and not really sure what will coming next,i'm sure part of it also I am partial to Ann.   It wasn't a full hour of spin it...

2/23/17 Day 45 of Weightloss Challenge

Well my attempt to go to Cory's class wasn't very successful, I set the alarm for 430 it went off and said to myself sleep is going to overrule this one.  Went back to bed for more sleep. Woke up at 7am well rested ate my normal morning breakfast eggs and oats. 2/22/17 Day 44 of Weightloss Challenge

Blog Status : Complete Woke up early this morning headed down for Body Shred.  Going to eat after this workout hoping this won't backfire today. Shred It was an ok workout, this was a new instructor for me to take a class with.  I definitely enjoy classes with really high energy instructors didn't feel the energy.  Only burned 207 calories in the workout. 2/21/17 Day 43 of Weightloss Challenge

Well today I am back on track.  Have to wait to eat because it is weigh in day.  Not really looking forward to this one, my weekend got screwed up, had to not go to the gym yesterday, missed a training session with Ann.  Just not really the best weekend because of the craziness. Got weighed in, I didn't gain anything but only lost 2lbs not really the best thing. 2/20/17 Day 42 of Weightloss Challenge

Well not really much to write today.  Had to work today my food schedule got all screwed up, was hungry, lost out on 3 workouts and a training session had to cx my cpr class because of runing late from work just really a shitty day overall.  I really need to find a job outside of public safety where I can be on a somewhat normal or regular schedule.  Dont get me wrong I enjoy the work that I do but I get stressed out and well can't eat properly or on a descent schedule with it and it really...

Going to change things up today.  Going to do urban kick with Ann in Manahawkin.  Going to to do on empty stomach and ear really good breakfast afterwards see how that changes things. Did urban kick felt great, looked like most of the people were dying after Ann's Urban kick i felt great was a nice esteem booster. Blog status: Complete Had a good morning went to spin with Ann burned 850 calories Had a nice discussion with Kristy the ops manager from galloway on the difference in atmospheres at the different gyms. Had good breakfast afterwards, 4 scrambled eggs and oats. Blog status : in progress Woke up exhausted was supposed to go to fitnesw yoga but the brain and body said sleep is more important. Ate good breakfast, eggs and oats Today I worked for state forest fire service.
