Blog status complete Well the plan was to start out with a boot camp workout in MH at 5am followed by spin at 6am.  Set alarm for 345am, and another for 4am.  Got up and said wishful thinking Larry.  Was way too tired to get all ready for gym and work at 4am.  Called both gym's to reserve my spin spots MH for 6am and gw for 530pm.   Plan for today Boot Camp 5am Sue (mh) Spin 6am Lisa (mh) Work 0930 to 430 at Race Track. Woke up sore this morning.  Chest muscles are letting me know they got worked yesterday.   Made my 5am phone call for spin. Weight Dropped back down to 237.0   Plan for today Spin 930 Shred 5pm Fitness yoga 1045   Spin Really great spin class burned 750 calories, did interval training.  I enjoyed it had taken a few spin instructorwls  where they did intrval/tabata style with pre-recorded stuff and didnt enjoy it as much as todays class. Yoga fitness I enjoyed the fitness yoga class with Jason it does help me relaxe even if it's only for an hour....

3/6/17 Monday/ forest fire to start day/

Blog status: complete Well glad I got a nap in yesterday.  I got woken up quite a but earlier then expected.  Was woken up at 3am for a brush fire at the ocean county fields in leh.  Lucky for us it happened in the middle of one of our rx burn areas.  The 10 acres was 30 acres. Before 8am 3,181 steps and 932 calories burned. 3/4/17 my body is in autopilot

Blog status : complete Well the intention was to sleep in till 730 because of taking my ceus for emt. My body thinks its a typical Saturday and wokeup at 4am for my spin reservation. 3/3/17 Day 53 final weigh in of Weightloss Challenge

Well woke up few times last night lil nervous about the weighin.  No matter what the contest results are I won.  I am thinner, feel great, have learned a lot.  It would be nice to win but id be ok if I didnt.  I am working on my cert through ace on nutrition.  One of my near future goals is to help other people get motivated and change their life. 3/2/17 Day 52 of Weightloss Challenge/ last workout day before final weigh in.

Got up early 445 was at manahawkin gym by 520.  Diedra is doing a 90min special.   90 min diedra special Had good workout, burned 702 calories did cardio weights burpees and many other things. At the end Diedra said it looked like I was having a better day she said everyone was lil concerned and they couldnt find christine they werent used to seeing me put the heavy bag into the wall.  I was just glad I took out the anger on the bag instead of buffet. 3/1/17 Day 51 of Weightloss Challenge

Blog status : complete  Well the plan was to go to 2 early am classes manahawkin.  I have a very stressful am ahead of me decided to sleep in. Well the morning meeting went to shit.  Its amazing how people in government can "make mistakes and other have to supper and its ok" but when other people make mistakes they slam them against the wall and think its a joke to play with peoples lives. 2/28/17 Day 50 of Weightloss Challenge 3 days of training and final weigh day fri.

Weigh in day always a little nervous.  Doing the massive workout yesterday could have caused me to bloat 🤔🤔 hoping not. Today agenda Weigh-in, pedal fusion, weightloss group,  body shred, body pump, body by kevin.
